GENERAL INFORMATION
INOVARŪ franchises do not use sub-contractors and are responsible and accountable for both the product and installation. To maintain the high standards and stringent quality control on our laminate and 3 ply solid engineered flooring and installations INOVARŪ Floor franchises are not allowed to use any sub-contracted installation teams, but may use each other's teams in the event of a national contract. All franchise owners and their fitting teams are regularly updated on new products, trends and methods of installation with regular training sessions held at Head Office in Durban.
